6-STAGE DIRT WORKING
in one pass
- Ripper Deck – Comes on the 8’ and 6’ Dirt Eater Arena Drags. Hydraulically operated with a reinforced grade 50 steel frame. It meant to rip 2” to 3” deep at a time for a total of 6” – 8” in depth. It is strongly recommended to pick the tool up when turning the tractor around.
- Deep Impression Blade – This blade profiles the deepest impact spots in an arena. It gets underneath the surface layer and disrupts deeper tracks or prints for a smooth finish on top and beneath.
- Raking Deck – The scalloped design helps organize the material into a manageable space for the leveler bar.
- Leveler Bar – The leveler bar is used to fill larger holes or uneven ground with material cut from higher spots in the arena. The leveler bar can be used by itself if the ripper deck and roller are raised.
- Chisel Row – This section gives the operator another way to break up larger, harder material than fine sediments. Each chisel can be tapped down with a hammer to get a deeper pass.
- Roller – The roller helps break up larger material into finer sediments for a nice usable finish.
